Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations for our international team. You will partner with managers across countries to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle and create a positive employee experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of HR experience, fluency in Spanish, advanced English, and a proactive, people-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Advanced English (C1) and Spanish (C2)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Experience maintaining employee documentation and handling confidential information
• Proactive and people-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and with international teams

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries
• Coordinate interviews and HR interviews for cultural fit and experience
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives
• Serve as point of contact for HR-related questions and policies
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives
• Implement and improve HR policies and processes
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR admin activities
• Organize HR activities using agile methodologies
• Collaborate with managers and international teams on people-related initiatives
