GEA Germany GmbH in Bogotá is seeking an Administrator to join the People Service Delivery West Europe team, based in Bogotá and supporting the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, and Ireland. You will provide administrative support across People Service processes and maintain data accuracy.

You will collaborate with HR colleagues across the region, assist with onboarding, employee data changes, and documentation, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in administration, HR operations, or shared services.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and service mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Proficient with HR systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support for People Service Delivery processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate HR-related documents and employee correspondence.
• Support onboarding, employee data changes, and other recurring administrative activities.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, and Ireland.
• Support ad-hoc People Service Delivery projects and process improvement activities when needed.
