Job summary

WSP is seeking a Global Document Coordinator for Major Projects Delivery (MPD) to own the InEight Document module administration, project configuration, and deployment across MPD implementations. You will coordinate with Global and regional teams to ensure compliant document control practices.

Qualifications

8–12 years of professional experience in document control or information management on complex projects.
Demonstrated expertise in document control, numbering, transmittals, workflows, and revision control.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 with project/programme context.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and MS 365 proficiency.
C1 level English; Portuguese plus mentioned certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

Own administration and configuration of InEight Document for MPD across projects.
Lead the Document module workstream, facilitating workshops and defining control processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/19650 across implementations.
Provide training and handover to regional document controllers; support post-Go-Live activities.
