Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Global Technical Coordinator for Major Projects Delivery (MPD) to drive global InEight deployments, governance, and training across regions. The role ensures standardised processes, stakeholder alignment, and robust documentation to support successful Go-Live and sustained adoption.

The position requires hands‑on implementation expertise, cross‑regional collaboration, and strong English communication to lead workshops, define KPIs, and deliver repeatable delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience, with 10 years preferred.
• Experience in project‑controls, EPC/EPCM or large‑scale delivery environments.
• Hands‑on with SOPs, RACIs, governance, and training materials.
• Strong coordination with global stakeholders and regional teams (multi‑country).
• Fluent English (C1) mandatory; Portuguese assets are a plus.
• InEight or comparable enterprise platform experience including P6/BI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate InEight deployments across regions, aligning with global standards.
• Lead process standardisation, documentation, playbooks, and governance.
• Drive training readiness and Train‑the‑Trainer activities in English/Spanish.
• Support data governance, reporting, and KPI definitions across regions.
• Manage stakeholder workshops, status reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Go‑Live, stabilisation, and transition to business‑as‑usual.
