Job summary

Golder Associates Ltd. seeks a Global Technical Coordinator for Major Projects Delivery to coordinate implementation of InEight across regions, aligning regional needs with global standards and leading readiness, configuration, training, and transition to business-as-usual.

You will drive process standardisation, develop controlled documentation, manage data and reporting, enable user adoption, and work with Global Implementation Lead, Regional SMEs, and project teams in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

C1 level English proficiency is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with InEight or comparable platforms and project controls systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate InEight implementations across regions and align with global MPD standards.
Develop and maintain project controls documentation, handbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
Support configuration governance, data validation, and reporting across regional projects.
Lead training delivery and user adoption activities in English and Spanish.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and governance with Global Implementation Lead and regional SMEs.
