Job summary

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are safe, on schedule, and within budget.

The role involves managing complex stakeholder relationships, contractual compliance with FIDIC-based contracts, and international project delivery. You will mentor staff and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience in major infrastructure projects
• Experience on projects exceeding USD 400 million is highly preferred
• Experience leading senior PMs and cross-functional teams
• Experience in international project delivery and multicultural settings
• Strong knowledge of project governance, controls, risk, procurement, and contract administration
• Knowledge of international contracting standards and frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, delivery, and governance of major infrastructure programs
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across locations and disciplines
• Ensure contractual compliance and manage change, claims, and disputes
• Mentor and develop PM and engineering staff
• Support business development and strategic pursuits for major infra projects
• Engage with clients, contractors, and government agencies at senior levels
• Promote health, safety, quality, and sustainability on projects
