Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within engineering/construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools.
• Strong metadata management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the Document Management Plan.
• Configure ShareCenter for document control and access.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on document processes.
• Define reporting requirements and migrate reference documents.
• Maintain distribution matrices and manage document workflows.
• Classify and distribute documents from external parties.
• Manage access permissions and ensure timely document processing.
• Support archiving and final handover of project documentation.
• Participate in ShareCenter closeout activities.
• Use ShareCenter tools for document registration and metadata management.
• Provide document control support to project teams and external users.
• Respond to queries and assist in training other document controllers.
