Job summary

BairesDev is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager (IT) to lead large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role focuses on strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and strong leadership across global remote teams.

The position requires 7+ years in engineering management, exceptional communication, and deep IT expertise.

Qualifications

7+ years of engineering management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Excellent leadership and client relationship abilities.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong financial management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

Drive organizational effectiveness and deliver strategic technology plans.
