Job summary

Worldly is seeking a Delivery Manager to guide cross‑functional squads in delivering high‑quality software aligned with strategic objectives. The role emphasizes agile ceremony facilitation, backlog oversight, and strong stakeholder collaboration across Product and Tech teams.

Applicants should have proven delivery leadership experience, deep knowledge of Scrum/Kanban, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or in a similar role within a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban with hands‑on facilitation experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to ensure collaboration.
• Oversee backlog and ensure tasks are defined, prioritized, and aligned with product goals.
• Serve as liaison between Product Owners/Managers and Development team; surface risks early.
• Identify risks and impediments and develop mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Analyze team performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate resources with team leads to balance workload and meet timelines.
