Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to lead complex client data migrations from legacy to target platforms. You will manage multiple migration programs across various countries and ensure data integrity, compliance, and exceptional client experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 12–15 years in technology, 8–10 years in project management, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in technology with 8-10 years in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Business, or related.
• PMP Certified and strong PM methodology knowledge.
• Experience with HR, payroll, and data migration projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client data migration projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage multiple migration programs across countries and regions.
• Develop schedules, cutover plans, and rollout strategies.
• Establish governance, milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation activities.
• Maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance throughout migrations.
• Serve as primary contact for migration activities and stakeholders.
