Oceans Code Experts seeks a Senior Migration Program Manager – HRIS to lead migration programs in the HRIS domain, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.

This role emphasizes project management excellence, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivery using PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in Azure DevOps and Git for version control.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or PMO roles.
• Experience supporting business transformation, HR, technology, or operational projects.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Ability to follow software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Experience with API integration is a plus.
• Experience with testing methodologies is a plus.
