Mastercard Colombia, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization. The role focuses on building robust planning processes, delivering insights, and driving performance metrics.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate financial data, assess risks, and propose actionable strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial close process and provide management commentary.
• Develop annual plan, budget, forecasts, and manage risks.
• Create standardized financial reporting packages with KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and operating reviews.
• Provide financial analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements and automation in financial tools.
• Mentor and guide the FP&A team.
