TransPerfect is seeking an Event Operations Specialist to support logistics for global conferences and tradeshows within its Life Science and Corporate divisions. You will partner with the tradeshow marketing team, Life Sciences Marketing Manager, and report to the Global Event Manager.

This role thrives on structure, problem-solving, and keeping a fast-moving team on track, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

Formación

• 1–3 years of events experience OR project coordination/operation roles.
• A sense of urgency and great attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational & communication skills.
• Basic design capabilities (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
• Prior work on events and/or executive support.
• A good understanding of effective event operations and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee scheduling, planning, and logistics for trade shows and global conferences and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Leads, and the tradeshow team to execute strategy and onsite tactics.
• Produce trade shows with consistency, following guidelines and educating cross functional teams.
• Understand business goals behind each event to maximize ROI.
• Manage event contracts, invoices, payments and budgets across events.
• Work with promotional vendors for giveaways and promotional items, manage stock.
• Create pre-show briefing documents and conduct pre-event meetings.
• Evaluate booth requirements and coordinate with internal design teams.
• Coordinate with third party suppliers for logistics; manage exhibit property and equipment.
• Source and book venues for networking events and on-site support for large events.
