CMA CGM is looking for an organized Accounts Payable Analyst to manage processes in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves coordination with GBS offices in India and Malaysia, ensuring timely payments to suppliers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Finance or Administration and 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally with knowledge in shipping. A B1/B2 English level is mandatory, with strong Excel and financial software skills.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in similar positions.
• B1/B2 certified English level is a must.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the payment process to suppliers with GBS.
• Ensure timely resolution of exceptions in booking and invoice processes.
• Prepare weekly Cash Flow Forecast and monitor cash positions.
