Rapyd, a global fintech platform, is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to manage KYB reviews and AML compliance for merchants across Europe and LATAM. You will deliver risk-based decisions and regulatory reports to senior stakeholders, shaping onboarding strategies, and ensuring strong governance.

You will also drive process improvements to streamline onboarding workflows and will handle case queues using JIRA and G-Suite, collaborating with international teams to sustain high standards of accuracy

Formación

• 3+ years of deep experience in AML/CTF regulations, KYB processes, and due diligence within fintech, payments, or banking.
• Advanced-Intermediate to fluent English communication (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
• Proven track record of complex decision-making and managing operational or compliance escalations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and extract actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of workflow and reporting tools (JIRA, G-Suite, MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Execute comprehensive KYB and due diligence reviews for merchants across Europe and LATAM, strictly adhering to global AML/CTF regulations.
• Make critical, risk-based decisions on complex onboarding cases and handle high-level compliance escalations efficiently.
• Prepare and present detailed regulatory compliance, AML, and risk reports to internal committees and senior stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows, reduce friction, and enhance global operational efficiency.
• Manage case queues and documentation using internal tools, JIRA, and G-Suite.
