You will recruit top affiliates, manage strategic relationships, monitor performance, and structure revenue plays while ensuring brand compliance across channels. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus 2+ years in partnerships, are essential for success in this remote-first, global role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing or partnerships.
• Proven track record in Spanish and LATAM markets.
• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
• Experience with Impact and SEO tools.
• Strong data analysis with Excel and GA.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers; own a curated portfolio.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with top affiliates through strategic sessions.
• Monitor performance against Revenue, ROAS and AOV; flag risks and opportunities.
• Develop revenue acceleration plays including seasonal activations and exclusive deals.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
• Pursue strategic opportunities to grow Holafly's market presence.
