Medtronic is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end I2P activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls. You will review PO and non-PO invoices, post entries, and support multi-country AP workflows while handling vendor inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting/finance, solid Excel skills, and fluent English; French is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills required.
• Fluent English is a must; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes across multiple countries.
• Review and process PO and non-PO invoices; perform validations and postings.
• Address vendor inquiries and support multi-country AP workflows.
• Generate and analyze AP reports; assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
