Mondelēz International is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage end-to-end supplier payments across multiple countries within a transnational organization. The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and timely processing, with data privacy considerations and collaboration across global teams.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 1 year of AP experience in a multinational environment, and SAP proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of Accounts Payable experience in a multinational environment.
• Desirable experience with ERP systems (SAP) and multi-country/multi-currency invoice processing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the outsourcing team for post vendor invoices across 13 countries, ensuring local tax compliance.
• Verify pending documents in SAP and ensure 100% of documents are posted on time.
• Resolve pending Workflows in SAP related to invoice discrepancies (PO vs. non-PO, pricing, quantities).
• Ensure timely accounting records of payments and reconciliations.
• Track and resolve open cases within established SLAs.
• Ensure open items in GR-IR do not exceed aging indicators.
• Coordinate the register of customs duties according to accuracy.
