EXL is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will oversee invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and reconciliations while driving continuous improvements across teams.

You will manage stakeholder communications, monitor SLAs, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential to deliver accurate reporting and cash flow insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Previous team leadership experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Accounts Payable operations for assigned business units/clients.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, vendor management, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor team productivity, SLA compliance, and quality metrics.
• Review AP aging reports and analyze cash flow impact.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications, including escalations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS reviews.

Required Skills:

• English B2+ or C1
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (full cycle) operations and process management.
• Experience leading and developing teams within a BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
