Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist to lead hands-on AI image and video production for our client roster, leveraging prompt engineering, model training, and internal tooling to deliver high-fidelity visuals.

You will partner with post-production, creative, and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial viability across campaigns, while developing repeatable AI workflows for the wider agency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role.
• Experience delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Strong design sensibility aligned to brand styles.
• Ability to experiment with and integrate emerging AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expertly employ AI image and video models and finishing tools to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets into deliverables.
• Develop and refine AI-driven content workflows: prompt architecture, iterative/batch workflows, reference libraries, reusable presets.
• Oversee quality checks on AI outputs for color, composition, and brand alignment.
• Share learnings through walkthroughs, documentation, and coaching on prompts and models.
