Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist to hand‑on generate high‑fidelity visuals using prompt engineering, model training, and internal tooling. You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and post‑production teams to deliver AI‑driven outputs that align with brand standards and client goals.

You will help develop, test, and improve internal AI tools for scalable production, while ensuring repeatable, high‑quality results across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, ComfyUI).
• Skilled in model training for branded imagery and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing AI image and video generation across multiple campaigns.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets into deliverables.
• Develop and refine AI-driven content creation workflows, prompts, and reusable presets.
