Job summary

Ansira is seeking an Automation Engineer in Medellín to design and implement cross-system automation workflows using AI agents and RPA with UiPath, n8n, and Zapier. You will work closely with automation architects and developers to ship scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on coding, experience with AI-driven automation, and strong collaboration with English-speaking teams. You will contribute to the COE backlog while maintaining production systems.

Qualifications

3-5 years designing and implementing automation workflows across enterprise systems.
Programming experience in any language.
Demonstrated experience with AI-driven or agent-based automation.
Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
Working proficiency in English for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows spanning multiple enterprise systems.
Build, test, and deploy solutions combining AI agents with automation/RPA and low-code/no-code platforms.
Maintain and troubleshoot production workflows.
Take automation opportunities from spec to shipped.
Partner with automation architects and fellow developers to scope and validate solutions.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements.
Contribute to the shared COE automation backlog.
