Aztec Group seeks a qualified professional for a 12-month maternity cover role to administer a limited portfolio of fund structures. You will report to Senior Manager/Associate Director – Administration, coordinating legal, tax and other professional advice while developing procedures and ISAE templates.

You will attend board meetings, ensure timely financial statements, and act as a B level signatory. Candidate should have an ICSA Diploma or equivalent, proven fund admin experience, and some

• The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
• Proven relevant experience in fund administration or related field.
• Strong technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy).
• Some people management experience.
• Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
• Act as a “B” level Authorised Signatory.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within a team.
• Coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice.
• Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships.
• Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings.
• Ensure preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on time and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Act as B level signatory on administration matters, ensuring policy and regulatory guidelines are followed.
• Assist with billing information for clients including time spent analysis and management of aged debtors.
• Supervise and assist in training and development of staff and participate in the appraisal process.
