Aztec Group is seeking a role in fund administration reporting to Senior Manager/Associate Director – Administration. You will administer a limited portfolio of fund structures, coordinating with legal, tax and professional advisors, and ensuring timely financial statements and board/minutes are prepared and filed.

The position involves supervising staff, contributing to training, and managing client relationships with a professional service ethos.

Formación

• ICSA Diploma level or equivalent qualification.
• Proven relevant experience in funds administration or financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration processes and controls.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing teams.
• Experience as a B level Authorised Signatory (where applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within a team.
• Coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice.
• Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates.
• Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings.
• Ensure timely preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements in line with regulations.
• Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent and aged debtors.
• Supervise and assist in training and development of staff and participate in appraisal process.
