AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java/Spring Boot with an Angular frontend. You will mentor, drive architecture, and ensure robust, scalable solutions across domains.

You’ll lead core development and modernize architecture toward domain-driven design, while ensuring RESTful APIs and strong backend performance. Flexible remote/office options available.

Competenze

• Leadership experience leading squads or tech leads with mentoring responsibility.
• 6+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular expertise.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Deep Domain-Driven Design understanding with bounded contexts.
• Extensive RESTful API design and consumption with standard protocols.
• Relational DB experience: PostgreSQL and Oracle; JPA/Hibernate proficiency.
