Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend for an enterprise platform.

You will design robust RESTful APIs, work with PostgreSQL and Oracle, and drive domain-driven architecture while collaborating in cross-functional squads and agile processes. This role offers flexible remote and office options in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, with at least 4 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design and software design patterns.
• Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful services with standard API protocols.
• Robust transactional database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Core Development: design and implement robust backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend Integration: develop the Angular frontend and ensure UI-backend cohesion.
• Modernizing Architecture: pursue domain-driven architecture and scalable data models.
• API Excellence: architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and patterns.
• Collaboration: work in cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality features.
