Xploy Solutions is hiring an AP/AR specialist to manage the full cycle of payables and receivables within the finance team in Bogotá. You will ensure timely payments and accurate revenue tracking while maintaining strong vendor and customer communication.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in high-volume accounting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or SAP. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and collaboration with sales and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume AP/AR or general accounting roles.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or SAP).
• Attention to detail with data integrity and clear communication with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• AP: Review, verify, and process invoices; code expenses to GL accounts; schedule weekly payment runs; maintain vendor relations.
• AR: Generate invoices and credit memos; monitor aging; post deposits; resolve billing issues with sales.
• Reporting & Compliance: Perform monthly bank/credit card reconciliations; assist with month-end close; provide audit support.
