Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside client environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy, own end-to-end technical components, and drive measurable business impact across multiple accounts.

You will ship production-ready AI workflows, integrate data pipelines, and continually innovate with emerging models while collaborating with customers and product teams. Travel ~25% is expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering

Mansioni

• Design and deliver AI agent solutions inside customer environments
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and adoption
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production
• Build data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health
• Contribute to PoCs and MVPs move-from-sketch-to-deployable
• Partner with customers and teams to share best practices
• Surface gaps and provide real-world feedback to product teams
• Travel ~25% to work directly with customers
