Opella seeks an FP&A Ops Lead for the Americas to drive financial operations for manufacturing sites across the region. You will lead monthly closes for manufacturing expenses and capex, build forecasts, and monitor ROI against approved budgets.

You will partner with site controllers and cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and push for data governance, standardization and continuous improvement to enable better business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in finance, controlling, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Strong understanding of capital expenditure accounting, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and financial governance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge, and planning/forecasting tools such as TM1.
• Power BI or equivalent data visualization skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese or French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly closing activities for manufacturing expenses and capital investments, including variance analysis, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, capitalization and related balance sheet reviews.
• Lead budget, forecast and rolling forecast cycles for capital and operating expenditure, consolidating assumptions and validating spending plans with site finance partners.
• Build and maintain forecasts, identify financial risks and opportunities, and support long-range planning and scenario analysis for manufacturing investments and cost optimization.
• Oversee capital investment governance by monitoring project execution, approved budgets, timelines, capitalization milestones, financial performance and return-on-investment indicators.
• Partner with Manufacturing Site Controllers and cross-functional teams across the Americas, providing actionable insights, challenging assumptions and supporting investment and expense reviews.
• Prepare management reporting and industrial performance analysis, ensuring consistent and reliable data across financial systems and reporting tools.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools while advancing process standardization, automation, simplification, data governance and continuous improvement across the region.
