Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Strategy Integration for Andean markets (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela) to lead analytics-driven strategy and align leadership on growth opportunities within LATAM.

You will orchestrate long-range planning, translate insights into action, and collaborate with bottlers and finance to drive regional outcomes. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• +10 years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Operations, Marketing, BI, or related areas.
• Proven ability to influence multifunctional teams and peers.
• Experience with external providers (Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar, Euromonitor) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Andean Strategy team and partner with regional leadership to set strategic agenda.
• Translate strategy into volume/value goals and actionable insights for local markets.
• Manage the ABP process, align topics, and coordinate strategy, roadshows, and forecasts.
