Job summary

Brink's Inc. seeks a MU A&C FP&A Manager to steer budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit across seven countries. You will deliver critical financial insights to senior leadership and act as a trusted finance partner for strategic decisions.

You'll lead a team of FP&A Managers and Analysts, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes across the region. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience in multinational, matrix environments with cross-country exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, performance management and business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions in complex organizations.

This strategic leadership role will drive financial visibility, identify risks and opportunities, support business decision-making, and strengthen FP&A governance and best practices throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, and financial target-setting processes across the Market Unit.
• Deliver actionable financiais insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, supporting strategic, commercial, operational, and investment decisions.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, driving timely corrective actions.
• Enhance FP&A governance, reporting consistency, and financial discipline across countries.
• Lead and develop a team of FP&A Managers and Analysts while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related finance functions within multinational organizations and matrix environments, with demonstrated exposure to senior leadership and cross-country operations.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, performance management, and business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decision-making in complex organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or other ERP/EPM platforms.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
