Job summary

Brink's Inc. seeks a MU A&C FP&A Manager to steer budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit across seven countries. You will deliver critical financial insights to senior leadership and act as a trusted finance partner for strategic decisions.

You'll lead a team of FP&A Managers and Analysts, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes across the region. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience in multinational, matrix environments with cross-country exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, performance management and business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, and target-setting for the Market Unit across seven countries.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with business units to support strategic, commercial, operational, and investment decisions.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive timely corrective actions.
• Enhance FP&A governance, reporting consistency, and financial discipline across countries.
• Lead and develop a team of FP&A Managers and Analysts to foster a high-performance culture.
