Job summary

2 Brothers Moving & Delivery seeks a driven Sales Manager to build and lead our Bogotá sales team. You will recruit, train, and coach reps, drive complex moves, and own the playbook and pipeline from inquiry to booked move.

You will align with US-based clients, report to the Integrator, and work in-office during US Pacific Time hours with occasional travel to Portland for leadership meetings. This role requires a US visa and legal work authorization in Colombia.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level; every customer conversation is with US clients.
• Resourcefulness; ability to solve without a script and think on your feet.
• Verifiable track record of sales results; able to walk through numbers, deal by deal.
• Leads people to measurable results and can explain team hit metrics.
• Natural connector who listens, adapts, and solves rather than pushing a script.
• Full comfort with outbound: cold calling and business development.
• Valid US visa for business travel (B1/B2 or similar); Colombia visa wait times are long.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Sales Team Leadership: recruit, train, and coach reps; run weekly meetings.
• Direct Sales & Key Accounts: handle complex, high-value moves and sell with team; include cold calls.
• Sales Systems & Playbook: build the consultative playbook, training, onboarding; optimize process from inquiry to booked move.
• Metrics & Forecasting: monitor sales metrics and forecast; report performance to leadership.
