Mural is building the global payments infrastructure for businesses. As a first sales hire in our Bogotá office, you will own the full cycle from prospecting to close, shaping how we go to market with stablecoins and cross-border payments.

You will speak with CTOs, CFOs, and treasury teams, build relationships at conferences, and drive outbound and inbound pipeline while collaborating with leadership to write the playbook.

Qualifications

• You're a hunter and a closer.
• You're technically inclined and can understand API and payment flows.
• You're built for startups with high ambiguity and high impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Consultative, technical selling to CTOs/CFOs/treasury teams.
• Generate pipeline through outbound, network, and events; hit ambitious quotas.
