Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business results.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fleet services, preferably in automotive.
• Fluent English; Portuguese as a plus; financial literacy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement CVO strategies in Colombian market.
• Manage supplier relationships for fleet services, fuel, charging, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, GMICA and service teams to integrate CVO with the business.
• Monitor and report key CVO metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Manage and optimize internal and external customer satisfaction.
