PayJoy is seeking a FinOps Engineer to own the financial-operations data foundation and automate reporting, reconciliations, and period closes. You will design canonical data models, establish a unified metrics source, and enable forecasting and budgeting for fast-growing markets.

The role focuses on reliable pipelines, data quality, and dashboards to support leadership decisions and business planning in a mission-driven fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced SQL and Python; experience with analytical data warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery) and ELT/ETL pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain canonical FinOps data models (unit economics, cost structure, margins, pricing).
• Establish single source of truth for financial metrics across teams.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from ledger, payments, billing, origination, and cloud sources.
