EXL is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day F&A operations, drive process excellence, and lead a high-performing team.

The role requires advanced expertise in Accounts Payable and prior team leadership experience overseeing a large group in a shared services environment. Strong analytical skills, client management, and a drive for continuous improvement are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AP, AR, and General Accounting.
• Experience leading teams in BPO or Shared Services.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced stakeholder and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall Finance & Accounting operations and manage daily service delivery.
• Oversee and optimize Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting processes.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high service levels.
• Handle escalations and drive effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and track operational metrics, KPIs, and performance reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Monitor productivity, SLA compliance, quality standards, and team performance.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the operation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to strengthen controls.
• Conduct quality audits and client reporting activities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Provide ongoing training and support on process updates and best practices.
