Auxis seeks an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP initiatives focusing on Financials and Accounting. You will guide requirements, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization across Finance, IT, and operations.

The role requires 5+ years of ERP project leadership, strong F&A ERP experience, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations, not just supporting ERP operations.
• Strong experience implementing or managing Financials/Accounting functionality within an ERP environment.
• Odoo implementation experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP data migration, testing, reconciliation, configuration validation, and go-live activities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other business functions.
• Establish project governance, track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and changes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate go-live readiness activities across business and technical teams.
• Lead the transition from implementation to operational support and stabilize post-go-live.
• Escalate critical risks and issues while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders, ERP consultants, technical teams, and partners.
