Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Finance Associate to support our finance operations, strengthen controls, and contribute to efficient procurement and accounting processes across the business. Based in Colombia with hybrid work in Bogota, you will join the Inchcape Digital/Finance team within the global Inchcape network.

You will manage procurement, perform GL tasks, support month-end close, and develop dashboards using Excel to identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial roles.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end indirect procurement process, including purchase orders, supplier management, quotations, contract compliance, and procure-to-pay activities.
• Maintain supplier records, monitor goods and service delivery, resolve supplier inquiries, and ensure procurement transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Implement and monitor procurement controls, ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows, and support internal and external audits.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare accounting documents such as journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and prepayment amortizations, and support month-end close activities.
• Perform financial and variance analysis, support budget management and cost control initiatives, and coordinate supplier prepayments and invoice processing.
• Develop and maintain procurement and finance reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and digital tools while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shared services, Controllership, auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
