Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Finance Associate in Bogotá to support finance operations, strengthen controls, and drive efficient procurement and accounting processes across the business.

You will manage the end-to-end indirect procurement, maintain supplier records, perform P2P activities, reconcile GL accounts, and contribute to month-end close. The role also involves budgeting, variance analysis, and creating procurement/finance dashboards using Excel, with SAP knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• End-to-end indirect procurement management: POs, supplier management, quotations, contract compliance, procure-to-pay.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts; prepare journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and prepayments.
• Develop procurement and finance reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and digital tools; support process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect procurement process and P2P activities with supplier management and approvals.
