The role requires building dashboards, automating processes, and collaborating with external auditors. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; a STEM/finance/economics degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 3+ years in project/change management in fast-paced financial services.
• Strong data analytics and SQL skills with large datasets.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead dashboards to monitor financial performance and key metrics.
• Drive automation to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices across finance.
• Reduce time to integrate new initiatives into the finance ecosystem.
• Collaborate with external auditors on analytics and audit processes.
• Facilitate data exchange to support audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and maintain auditor relations.
• Work with Product Designers and Engineers to improve accounting UI.
• Build new finance tools with Software Engineers.
