Hasbro seeks a Finance Manager to join our Colombia office, working in person 3 days a week. The role focuses on risk assessment, executive reporting, and strategic financial analysis to influence decisions across the organization.

You will partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership while managing complex financial data and storytelling.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong experience with Python and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset.
• Results-driven, able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling.
• Strong background in business analytics.
• Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting: Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive-level reporting for Director and Executive Management.
• Strategic & Ad-Hoc Business Support: Provide analytical support on strategic and ad-hoc business initiatives, complement planning and forecasting.
• Financial Analysis & Problem Solving: Interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling: Translate financial analysis into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Process Improvement & Change Leadership: Standardise, automate, and improve financial processes.
