PayJoy in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Financial Analyst to bolster budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the FP&A function. You will collaborate with finance and accounting teams to deliver accurate analytics supporting PayJoy's growth goals and operating controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/ Economics, 1–2 years FP&A experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and ability to model scenarios, analyze variances, and reconcile GAAP differences. Fluency in English a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related studies.
• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with forecasting skills and proactive problem-solving.
• Understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles and GAAP/NIF.
• Advanced Excel/Google Suite; experience with Netsuite, PBCS or Hyperion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and modeling for aggressive goals.
• Develop top-down and bottom-up financial models for forecasting and pricing evaluation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with budgets vs forecasts.
• Support modeling of future partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and reconcile Local GAAP vs US GAAP; assist with merchant payments reconciliation.
