Hasbro seeks a Finance Manager to join our Bogotá office, working in person three days per week. You will lead risk assessment, executive reporting, and cross-functional financial support, partnering with teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, stakeholder storytelling, and process improvements across finance operations. The ideal candidate has strong P&L, balance sheet, cash flow expertise, advanced Excel, and experience with Python, Power BI, and SAP.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis experience.
• Experience with Python and Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP for financial systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset.
• Results-driven with ability to perform under pressure.

We are seeking a Finance Manager to work in our Colombia office, in Person 3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting Evaluate and assess financial and business risks associated with key decisions. Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive-level reporting for Director and Executive Management, ensuring timely, accurate visibility into financial performance and strategic developments.
• Strategic & Ad-Hoc Business Support Provide analytical support on strategic and ad-hoc business initiatives, complementing ongoing planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Partner cross-functionally to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
• Financial Analysis & Problem Solving Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling Communicate insights effectively through clear written and verbal messaging, translating complex financial analysis into meaningful insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Process Improvement & Change Leadership Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and improve financial processes. Lead or support initiatives that increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable scalable, best-in-class financial operations.
