Hasbro seeks a Finance Manager to join our Bogotá office, working in person three days per week. You will lead risk assessment, executive reporting, and cross-functional financial support, partnering with teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, stakeholder storytelling, and process improvements across finance operations. The ideal candidate has strong P&L, balance sheet, cash flow expertise, advanced Excel, and experience with Python, Power BI, and SAP.

Formación

• Fluent in both Spanish and English and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis experience.
• Experience with Python and Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP for financial systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset.
• Results-driven with ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling.
• Strong background in business analytics.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities.

• Risk assessment & Executive Reporting: evaluate risks and prepare executive-level reporting for management.
• Strategic & Ad-Hoc Business Support: provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and forecasting.
• Financial Analysis & Problem Solving: interpret data, identify trends and risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling: translate financial insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Process Improvement & Change Leadership: standardise, automate, and improve financial processes.
