Allergan seeks a district marketing leader to drive Retina and Glaucoma strategy, coaching the sales team and translating patient and market insights into differentiated plans. You will ensure cross-functional execution to improve patient outcomes and sustainable business growth.

The role involves translating national brand strategies into district plans, allocating field resources by potential, and collaborating with Brand and Field teams to deliver impactful campaigns and close-loop marketing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate effectively in regional and global business discussions and deliver presentations in English.
• 3-5 years of proven successful experience in marketing/commercial excellence in the multinational pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of the healthcare system, its main stakeholders, and information sources.
• Implementation of omnichannel strategies (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the district’s commercial strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Eye Care business objectives, brand priorities and customer needs.
• Own district performance against sales, demand, market-share, execution and customer-engagement objectives.
• Translate national brand strategies into differentiated districts, territory and account plans.
• Allocate field resources based on business potential, customer opportunity, patient needs and strategic priorities.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of call plans, account plans
• Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions and synthesize insights to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, and drive Close Loop Marketing engagement.
• Ensure Brand Team Members contribute to Brand strategy through Brand Planning in line with Global Brand Team strategy.
