Monks is seeking an Expense & Travel Analyst in Bogotá to oversee Rydoo-based T&E processes and ensure policy-compliant expense reporting. You will act as the main liaison among employees, Finance, and HR, driving process improvements and system optimizations.

The role requires 1–2 years in travel & expense or related finance operations, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency. Collaboration with Finance, HR, and Procurement will be essential to streamline T&E workflows in a hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in travel & expense management, accounts payable, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with T&E systems, preferably Rydoo (experience with Concur, SAP, or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel & expense policies and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite).
• Intermediate/advanced English (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations in the Rydoo expense management system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims.
• Review, validate, and approve/reject submitted expense reports according to company travel & expense policies.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on the correct use of Rydoo, company policies, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the liaison between Finance, HR, and employees for T&E-related inquiries.
• Monitor compliance with internal T&E policies and escalation issues when necessary.
• Assist with system administration tasks, including user management, updates, and configuration changes in Rydoo.
• Support Finance with reconciliation of expenses and reporting.
• Generate and analyze T&E reports to track trends, compliance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to optimize T&E processes and propose automation or policy enhancements.
• Assist in training employees and onboarding new hires on Rydoo usage.
