We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Executive Search Recruiter with experience recruiting senior and specialized engineering professionals. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, enjoys building relationships with high-level talent, and knows how to identify, engage, and attract hard-to-reach candidates.

The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a consultative approach, confidently engaging passive candidates and selling career opportunities through meaningful conversations.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized and senior-level engineering positions, particularly within electrical engineering and related disciplines.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, direct sourcing, cold calling, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand candidates' career goals and effectively position opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines of high-performing engineering professionals.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on placements, revenue generation, and individual billing targets.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and drive recruitment processes through successful placements.
• Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
• 2-3 Years of experience in executive search, consultative recruitment, or specialized recruitment within a recruitment agency or search firm in the US Market.
• Experience recruiting engineering professionals, ideally electrical engineers or other highly specialized technical profiles.
• Strong headhunting, sourcing, and cold-calling skills, with confidence engaging passive candidates.
• A consultative and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to influence candidates and effectively sell opportunities.
• Proven track record of successful placements and revenue generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple active requisitions.
