Control Risks in Colombia seeks a motivated professional to support our security services practice, managing executive protection tasks, embedded consultants, and risk management solutions for clients in Colombia and the Andean region.

The role evolves from handling day-to-day tasks to direct fee-earning on complex assignments, with a focus on project administration, relationships, and travel readiness.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of business processes.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities with great attention to detail.
• Proven track record of administrative excellence and project coordination.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in protective services, including security training programs and field operations.
• Ability to work in dynamic, high-risk environments and under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional/global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple Executive Protection and training assignments across projects.
• Maintain network of partners and subcontractors across Colombia and the Andean region.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with consultants across the Americas and global teams to deliver client projects.
• Manage subcontractors from operational and commercial perspectives.
• Support the commercial management of the sub-practice area under supervision.
• Attend meetings with clients to support business development and delivery.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, reports, and client deliverables.
• Maintain and expand the database of embedded security consultants.
• Deliver training solutions, including HRET and Defensive Driver Training.
• Travel domestically and internationally for client engagements, up to ~60% availability.
• Ensure accurate client invoicing and timely submission.
