Control Risks seeks an Associate Director to lead Embedded Consulting in Latin America from Bogotá or Mexico City. The role drives growth, oversees client relationships, and manages regional delivery of embedded security programs across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in operational security or risk management and 3+ years of people leadership, with a Bachelor's degree and security-focused certifications preferred. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in operational security, security consulting, risk management, or embedded services across complex environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant security, risk, or project management certifications a plus.
• Experience managing security programs, embedded personnel, or contingent workforces across multinational environments.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships with corporate security, risk, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery and growth of Embedded Consulting services across Latin America, focusing on operational security, protective services, corporate security, and risk management programs.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for embedded security engagements, ensuring strong client relationships and consistent service delivery.
• Coordinate with local security, intelligence, and investigations teams across Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and other markets to align staffing and delivery standards.
• Manage a geographically dispersed workforce of embedded security consultants; oversee onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Oversee contract performance, budgets, billing, renewals, and financial performance for the regional portfolio.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development, RFP responses, pricing input, and client presentations.
